Fear is what really gets us. Fear prevents people from trying to reach out towards their dreams. Fear prevents people from initiating a conversation with a stranger they find attractive. Fear often leads to heartbreak. Fear allows more loneliness to seep into our lives. Fear prevents love.
When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free.
